Diablo Jo's aims to provide a friendly, down to earth service with quick and easy shopping. Most items are made to order so please allow 3-7 days or so on top of postage time. If for any reason your order will take longer to make I will endevour to email you as soon as possible.
All items are HANDMADE and I do strive to make each piece as perfect as i would expect.

Currently the only method of payment accepted is Paypal. However, you don't need a Paypal account to use their services; you can select to pay with a credit card without logging in.
Please accept your paypal payment receipt as your Diablo Jo's order confirmation.

All items are posted 1st Class Royal Mail.
Please bear in mind I keep a proof of postage for every order, if unfortunately your order gets lost in the post I will be unable to take responsibility.
Postage costs are £2.50 for orders up to £10
£3.50 for orders up to £25
£3.50 for orders up to £35
Orders of £35.00 and over receive free shipping
I do ship internationally but you may be charged an additional shipping fee after your order is placed. Please ask if you would prefer your item to be tracked and I will upgrade your P&P accordingly.

If for any reason your item has become damaged whilst in the care of Royal Mail, please get in touch as soon as possible and i will offer a repair service free of charge.
Sorry I cannot offer refunds.

As stated above, all items are handmade so please allow for slight variations of colour or small detailing.
